Who we are

Akhuyet is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at contact@akhuyet.com.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your first name, only if you choose to give it. It is used only to greet you in our emails.
• The zodiac sign you choose (not asked for the launch alert alone).
• If you enter your birthday in a sign window, only the name of the constellation the Sun was really in (for example Ophiuchus), so that we can send you the right bonus. The birthday itself is never sent.
• Where you signed up: our home page, the launch alert, the gift page for the journals, or our TikTok links page.
• If you answer it, which deck you prefer: Light, Shadow or both.
• The date and time you signed up and confirmed, kept as proof of your consent.

Why we collect it

To send you the gift you asked for (the sky of your sign), or the launch alert, and occasional news from Akhuyet studio: curiosities of the sky and its tarot cards, our tarot projects, our Kickstarter campaign and new releases, such as the Zodiac Tarot Journals. Your answer about the decks helps us decide how many of each to print. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form and confirming your email address.

Who processes it

• MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU) stores your data and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and the files of your gift.
• Fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact external font services.

Statistics and cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies unless you allow them. If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. If we advertise on TikTok, the site first asks for your consent; the TikTok pixel loads only if you accept, and you can say no without losing anything.

Your location, your birthday, your moment

The sky on our pages is calculated inside your browser. By default it uses an approximate place guessed from your device's time zone. If you choose “See your exact sky”, your browser asks for permission and the position is used only on your device to draw the sky.

The same goes for the birthday you enter to find your real sky: it is calculated on your device and is never sent to us or stored. Only the name of the constellation travels with your sign-up, if you sign up. If you save the picture of your real sky, it is created on your device too.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted automatically.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

Every email has an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom: one click and you will receive nothing more. If you also want every trace of your data removed, write to contact@akhuyet.com from the address you subscribed with: we delete it from our list and from MailerLite within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm it by email.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also write to contact@akhuyet.com to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to withdraw your consent. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
